What do you sell?
We currently sell four product lines: coat racks and hangers; dressing stools; clothing and accessory organizers; and garment care tools.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Eligible orders receive free standard shipping in all 48 contiguous states of the U.S.
What is your daily order cut-off time?
5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or holidays will be considered received on the next business day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will prepare your order within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, it typically takes 5-12 days to arrive. Orders placed before the business day cut-off time typically take 6-15 days from order placement to receipt, depending on the destination and carrier.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please email us as soon as possible. We usually cancel or modify orders if they have not yet entered the preparation stage. Once your order has been packed or shipped, please use our refund policy.
How to return an item?
Please send an email to support@attireatlass.com within the return period, including your order number and photos if the item is damaged. Please wait for return authorization before sending any item back.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout (such as Shop Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay, if enabled). We do not accept online cash or cheque payments.
